Delegation: WindEnergy Hamburg 2022 and H2 Expo & Conference

The Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC) in collaboration with the Indo-German Energy Forum (IGEF) Support Office is organizing a business delegation to WindEnergy Hamburg 2022 and H2 Expo & Conference in Germany from 26th September till 1st October 2022.

WindEnergy Hamburg is the world’s largest trade fair and conference for the on- and offshore wind industry. With the H2 Expo & Conference taking place in parallel, Hamburg gives space to two forward-looking technology sectors.

Highlights of the business delegation include:

• Visit to the WindEnergy Hamburg, world’s largest expo and global conference for the on- and offshore wind industry.
• Participation in H2 EXPO & CONFERENCE parallel to WindEnergy Hamburg.
• Guided tour through the trade fair with presentations by experts from companies with special interest in India.
• Participation in Indo-German side event on Green Hydrogen and Offshore Wind.
• Presentation of project H2Mare with project partners in Hamburg city (tbc).
• Presentation of project TransHyDe with project partners in Hamburg city (tbc).
• Visit to Offshore Windpark Nordergründe (tbc).
• Visit of Cuxhaven Offshore terminal (tbc).
• Opportunity to enjoy Germany and its hospitality

The cost of participation per person in the business delegation will be Rs 115000/- plus 18% GST . (One lac fifteen thousand plus eighteen percent GST)

Cost will include:

• Assistance in business visa invitation letter from Germany
• Health Insurance from a German company
• Entry ticket to WindEnergy Hamburg Exhibition 2022 and H2 Expo & Conference
• 3 Star Hotel, city center for 5 nights, single occupancy plus Wi-Fi
• Briefing of delegation
• All transfers during the stay in Germany (bus/train/taxi)
• Meals (breakfast & dinner only)
• Participation in all visits /meeting /seminars/conferences /workshops/trade fairs (as per the agenda)
• Accompanying bilingual coordinators

This delegation program is supported by the Indo-German Energy Forum (IGEF) Support Office. We have limited seats; hence we request you to please register latest by 25^th of July 2022 with the following documents: duly filled, signed, and stamped registration form & declaration attached. Participation fee via bank transfer cheque /DD (details below) scanned copy of passport & a passport size photographs & your company brochure.
