To understand this trend, the Hamburg Representation and Senate Chancellery engaged with the Indian community at Hapag-Lloyd. This initiative aimed to gain insights into the skilled labor influx and foster mutual benefits.
The visit commenced with warm greetings from the Senate Chancellery and Hapag-Lloyd. This introduction set the tone for an insightful day focused on understanding and enhancing the integration process for skilled Indian professionals within the company.
This was followed by an exclusive tour of Hapag-Lloyd’s Central Operations Room. This provided a firsthand look at the intricate operations that drive the company’s global logistics network, showcasing the high standards and efficiency that Hapag-Lloyd upholds.
Thereafter, a productive session with Hapag-Lloyd’s Human Resources team was conducted. This interaction provided insights into the company’s hiring and training processes. Discussions revolved around the onboarding experience and integration strategies implemented by Hapag-Lloyd to facilitate a smooth transition for new employees.
A key highlight of the visit was the interaction with the Indian community at Hapag-Lloyd.
